OUR CONSULTANTS
Jerome Chang founded BLANKSPACES to form a community of like-minded, ambitious go-getters. Armed maybe too naively - therefore dangerously - with an architecture degree from Harvard and structural engineering degrees from Cornell, he took a left- and right-brain approach to convert the money- sinking office space expense into a vibrant, revenue generator. It is this fundamental intuition that users choose to pay for their workspace, versus employees who have to occupy their workspace, that distinguishes Jerome’s architectural and management expertise.
